Billy Joel Celebrates 100th MSG Show With 1st Network Concert
CBS will air the two-hour special on April 14.
NEW YORK, NY — It's been a busy start to 2024 for the Piano Man!
For the first time, fans can watch a Billy Joel concert on network television. As his historic Madison Square Garden franchise run ends this summer, the milestone 100th performance will air on CBS.
The March 28 show will be broadcast on April 14 at 9 p.m., CBS announced.

The network is clearing two hours in prime time for "The 100th: Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden — The Greatest Run Of All Time."
It comes as Joel just released his first new single in 17 years: "Turn the Lights Back On," and his first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 since 1997. The debuts on the chart at No. 62.

Joel, 74, also performed at the Grammy Awards on Feb. 4.
