Cops Nab Jericho Bagel Store Burglar: Police
The Hicksville man entered the business by smashing open the store's front door, police say.

A Hicksville man was arrested for burglarizing a bagel shop in Jericho on Wednesday morning, police say.
According to authorities, Asael Duran, 31, was seen on surveillance video smashing the front door of Bagel Doctor, located at 289 N. Broadway, and entering the store at 3:04 a.m.
Duran, while inside the business, stole a total of $750 from the store's register and safe, police say.

He was arrested at his Duffy Avenue home at 2:30 p.m. following an investigation.
Duran was charged with third-degree burglary, petty larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. He will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Thursday.
