Driver Gets Trapped In Overturned SUV In Hicksville
The two-vehicle crash occurred on Wednesday morning.
A driver became trapped after her SUV overturned in a two-vehicle crash in Hicksville on Wednesday morning.
According to fire officials, a Nissan Maxima and a Toyota Highlander collided at the intersection of Princess Street and Kolmer Avenue at 6:53 a.m. The Highlander overturned, trapping the driver.
The Hicksville Fire Department responded to the scene and removed the driver from the vehicle. She was taken to Nassau University Medical center to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.
