• Hicksville soccer star re-signs with Red Bulls, continues MLS career (greaterlongisland.com) — Hicksville native Tim Parker, a former Hicksville High School soccer standout, has signed a new one-year deal with the New York Red Bulls that runs through 2026 with an option for 2027. The veteran defender, now 32, stays close to home as he extends an 11-year MLS career that began after starring at St. John’s and helping Hicksville win a Nassau County championship.
