Fatal Nassau Overdose Leads To 3 Arrests: Police
All three face drug possession and sale charges.

Three people who face drug possession and sale charges were arrested on Tuesday following an investigation into the fatal narcotics overdose of a Nassau County resident, police say.
The investigation led to the arrests of 27-year-old Phylisha Johnson, 22-year-old Anthony Holmes and 56-year-old Denise Aliperti at about 1:50 p.m. at their Dixon Avenue home in Amityville, police say.
Johnson was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Holmes is charged with six counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.
Aliperti was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Aliperti was arraigned Tuesday. Johnson and Holmes will be arraigned Wednesday.
