On July 5, the Hicksville Public School District Board of Education held its annual reorganization meeting, during which new board trustees Christopher Amato and Sunita Manjrekar were welcomed.
Phil Heckler and Brenda Judson were re-elected president and vice president, respectively, and Carla Hoene was appointed secretary. All board members and Superintendent of Schools Dr. Carl Bonuso were then administered their oaths of office.
