Man Accused Of Trespass, Damage At Hicksville Office Building: Police
He entered several times when the building was closed, police alleged.

HICKSVILLE, NY — The owner of an office building at 535 South Broadway called police after seeing surveillance video of a man walking up and down the second-floor hallway while the building was closed.
Officers responded and placed the man under arrest without incident, police said.
During the arrest, police concluded that the man was also responsible for several other incidents at that location between and Saturday when the building was closed. During these incidents the defendant entered offices and caused damage to office doors, police alleged.

Malik Coley, an undomiciled New Jersey resident, faces charges including three counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree criminal trespass, police said.
He was scheduled to be arraigned on Sunday.
