Man Hurt When Motorcycle Crashes Into Fence And Dumpster In Nassau: Police
He lost control of the vehicle at around 5:20 a.m., Nassau police say.
LONG ISLAND, NY — A 36-year-old motorcyclist was hurt when his bike crashed into a fence and then a dumpster in East Meadow early Wednesday morning, Nassau police said.
He was traveling southbound on Newbridge Road, near the intersection of Hysler Street, at around 5:17 a.m., when he lost control of the vehicle, according to police.
He suffered from two broken legs and was taken to a nearby hospital where he is in stable condition, police said.
