NICE Sending Out Its Annual Holiday Bus

NASSAU COUNTY, NY — Bus riders in Nassau County today may be in for a special treat. NICE Bus is rolling out its annual Holiday Bus to bring some holiday cheer to riders.

People on the n22 line, which runs between Mineola and Hicksville, may get to ride on the Holiday Bus. They'll know it by the decorations inside — and by driver Robert Itchkow dressed as Santa.

On Wednesday, the NICE Holiday Bus will make a visit to the Carousel Day School in Hicksville for a Santa visit and a bus safety presentation, and later in the day will greet visitors with treats at Roosevelt Field (12:30-1:30 p.m.) and at the Hempstead Transit Center (3-4 p.m.).
