'Peeping Tom' Exposes Self To Woman, Assaults Neighbor: PD

The neighbor tacked the man after he heard the woman scream on Friday night, police say.

A man was arrested after police say he exposed himself to a woman through her bedroom window and assaulted her neighbor who responded to her screams in Westbury on Friday night.

According to authorities, 42-year-old Westbury resident Allan Delfino was looking into a bedroom window and exposing himself to a 23-year-old woman in the rear yard of a home on Plumtree Road at 11:14 p.m.

The woman, upon seeing the man, screamed, which caused Delfino to run off through the yard and over the fence, police say. The woman's screams alerted her 36-year-old neighbor, who saw Delfino running from the property and tackled him in an attempt to restrain him until authorities arrived, police say.
