Popular Hicksville Italian Restaurant Closes
Trullo D'Oro was at the North Broadway location for a decade.

HICKSVILLE, NY — An Italian restaurant in Hicksville has served its final pasta dish.
Trullo D'Oro shut on Christmas Eve after a decade on North Broadway. But owners Gino and Maria Giannuzzi have a 40-year relationship with customers. They ran Villa Parma in Syosset, along with La Caravella, Il Donatello and Zucca NYC.
"We are retiring! Many thanks to all of you for your patronage and friendship. You have become more than customers, now friends and family," a Facebook post stated.
