• NYC HPD Chooses Development Team for Vacant Inwood Waterfront Site (connectcre.com) — More than 600 new affordable apartments, a waterfront field house, and nearly an acre of public open space are planned for a long-vacant Inwood site along the Harlem River. A development team chosen by NYC’s housing agency will also bring a marine science and STEM center plus on-site mental health services, aiming to reconnect Inwood residents with their waterfront while adding deeply affordable homes for seniors and families.
