The seven-hour festival Saturday will feature celebrated neighborhood eateries such as Arepa Lady and Tortas Neza and diverse culinary offerings ranging from Xinjiang-style grilled squid skewers to Puerto Rican alcapurrias, according to the Queens Economic Development Corporation.
Food may be the centerpiece of "Viva La Comida," but attendees can also get their groove on to live Latin and Afro-Colombian music or participate in arts workshops.
