Cops Arrest 2 Teens After Woman Hit By Stray Bullet In Jamaica
Police arrested two teenage boys after a 76-year-old woman was hit by a stray bullet in Jamaica. One boy is charged with attempted murder.
JAMAICA, QUEENS — Police have arrested two teenage boys after a 76-year-old woman was hit by a stray bullet while sitting in her car in Jamaica on Friday night.
The NYPD on Monday charged a 14-year-old boy with attempted murder, assault and weapon possession in connection with the July 12 shooting in front of 117-17 Guy R Brewer Blvd.
A 16-year-old boy also faces assault and weapon charges for the shooting, police said. He was arrested Saturday.

The woman was shot in the back of the neck about 10:35 p.m. after someone pulled out a gun and shot at a group of men, police said, calling the woman "an unintended target" of the shooting.
She went to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.
