Remove your home from the Tax Lien Sale Listing. Maintain your homeownership.

NYC Tax Lien Sale Date is December 17, 2021. If you want to remove your home from that list to sustain home ownership follow these steps by December 16, 2021.

  1. Pay what you owe to the NYC Department of Finance (DOF): You can pay online; or by phone by calling (212) 291-2930; Or mail a check; Pay in person at DOF's Business Center at 3030 Third Ave,Bronx, NY 10455, 2nd Fl.
  2. Enter into a Payment Agreement with DOF
  3. Submit a COVID-19 Hardship Declaration
  4. Qualify for a Property Tax Exemption
