Girl, 13, Shot While Teens Play With Gun In Jamaica Park: Report
A girl was shot in Baisley Pond Park when her brother and his friends were playing with a gun and it went off, the New York Post reported.
SOUTH JAMAICA, QUEENS — A 13-year-old girl was shot in the stomach in Baisley Pond Park early Tuesday after her brother and his friends were playing with a handgun and it went off, according to the New York Post.
Witnesses told police that the girl's brother and two friends were playing with the gun about 1 a.m. when it went off, the Post reported.
She is in stable condition at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, according to the Post.
