Man Found Shot Dead In Car On Queens Street: NYPD

CAMBRIA HEIGHTS, QUEENS -- A 26-year-old man was found shot to death in his car parked on a Queens street Sunday morning, police said.

Police responded to a 911 call of gunfire just after 4:30 a.m. on 230th Street near 120th Avenue in Cambria Heights.

They found an unconscious man slumped over in the driver's seat of a parked car with several gunshot woulds to his chest, authorities said.

Medics rushed the man to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No arrests have been made in the fatal shooting, and an investigation is ongoing, police said.
