Rosedale Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash

A Rosedale man died Wednesday after he crashed his motorcycle into a parked car and fell to the pavement, police said.

ROSEDALE, QUEENS — A Rosedale man died Wednesday after he crashed his motorcycle into a parked car and fell to the pavement, police said.

Raymond Lilly, 50, was driving a Yamaha motorcycle along 249th Street by Weller Avenue about 6 p.m. when he leaned to the side as the road curved and collided with a parked car, police investigators found.

Lilly fell off the motorcycle, hit the car and landed on the ground.

EMS rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
