Taxi Driver Crashes Into Queens Subway Entrance: Video
A taxi driver jumped the curb and crashed into an entrance at the 169th Street F train subway station in Jamaica early Monday, video shows.

JAMAICA, QUEENS — A taxi driver jumped the curb and crashed into a subway station entrance in Jamaica early Monday morning, according to the FDNY and video posted to Citizen.
The cabbie crashed into an F train subway entrance at 169th Street and Hillside Avenue just before 5 a.m., according to the FDNY and video footage from a witness.
Video posted to the Citizen app shows the yellow taxi lodged in the side of the subway entrance, which is closed off by police tape.

EMS rushed one person to Jamaica Hospital, but it's unclear whether that person was the taxi driver, a Fire Department spokesperson said.
The subway entrance is still closed as workers make repairs, according to MTA spokesperson Andrei Berman. The rest of the station is open.

No one in the station was injured in the crash, he added.
