75-Year-Old Queens Man Admits He Solicited Sex From 'Teen' Online
The man pleaded guilty to attempted rape after he was busted trying to meet up with a cop posing as a teen girl in an Internet sex sting.

HILLCREST, QUEENS -- A 75-year-old man now faces jail time after he admitted to soliciting sex online from an undercover cop who posed as a 13-year-old girl, prosecutors said Thursday.
Joel Einhorn, of Hillcrest, pleaded guilty to attempted rape after he was busted in 2016 trying to meet up with the "teen girl," who was actually the New York State police investigator on the receiving end of Einhorn's sexually explicit texts for weeks, said Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
The investigator had responded as a 13-year-old girl in October 2016 to a personal ad Einhorn posted on Craigslist, entitled, "Daddy looking for 'real' Queens 'girl' No flakes (M4W), according to the criminal complaint.

The two chatted online for about a month, with Einhorn using sexually explicit language and expressing his desire to meet in person for sex, despite repeated reminders from the investigator that he was a 13-year-old girl, authorities said.
Einhorn was arrested on Nov. 17, 2016 when he arrived at a pre-arranged location to meet the "teen girl" in a red 2015 Honda Civic, where cops later found a black bag filled with sexual paraphernalia.

He is slated to be sentenced in Queens Criminal Court for second-degree attempted rape on Nov. 28.
A judge said she would sentence Einhorn to five months in jail followed by 10 years of probation. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
