Man Killed In Motorcycle Crash In Suffolk
The motorcycle rider suffered a medical emergency, lost control and then veered off the road, police say.
KINGS PARK, NY — A motorcyclist died after suffering a medical episode in Kings Park on Saturday afternoon, Suffolk police said.
Gregory Petriella, 66, of Bellerose, was operating a 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle northeast on Pulaski Road when he suffered an apparent medical episode, police said. He lost control of the motorcycle and swerved off the road, police said.
Petriella was pronounced dead at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown.

The motorcycle was impounded for a safety check. Anyone with information on the crash was asked to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
