β’ NYPA Economic Development Awards to Spur Investments (einpresswire.com) β Lackawanna is set to gain a new Agri-Plastics manufacturing plant, backed by low-cost Niagara hydropower, bringing a $3.5 million investment and 26 new jobs to the city. The project is part of a broader NYPA package supporting manufacturers across Western and Northern New York with discounted power and grant funding to expand facilities and strengthen clean-energy-related supply chains.
