• Lake George tour boat damaged by fire could return by next summer-adirondac-adirondack (cbs6albany.com) — A major Lake George tour boat, the Adirondac, was heavily damaged by a December 8 fire, but the marina now hopes to salvage the hull and rebuild. With help from Scarano Boat Building, they aim to reopen two decks by 2026 and fully restore the vessel by 2027, keeping a key piece of the lake’s tourism economy afloat.
