Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there is a new chance for fair and affordable homeownership in Larchmont and applications are now being accepted.
An 826-square-foot, "beautifully maintained," one-bedroom, one-bathroom condominium is available for re-sale in The Pinebrook Condominium, located at 2101 Palmer Ave. The community has two garden-style buildings. Each floor has a meeting room, and a small gym containing a treadmill and an elliptical.
