13-Unit Luxury Rental Apartments Near Completion In Mamaroneck

MAMARONECK, NY — A new 13-unit luxury apartment building in Mamaroneck is closed to being ready for occupancy, likely in November. Rental prices of the 23,000-square-foot project will start at $4,600 per month, with two of the units being affordable housing.
