LARCHMONT, NY — A great deal on a new home in a desirable location could be in the cards for those who qualify and have a little bit of good luck on their side.

Westchester Residential Opportunities announced that there is a new chance for fair and affordable homeownership in Larchmont and applications are now being accepted.

A 1,546-square-foot, "immaculately kept" two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is available for re-sale in The Pinebrook Condominium, located at 2103 Palmer Ave. The community has two garden-style buildings. Each floor has a meeting room, and a small gym containing a treadmill and an elliptical.

The condo is available to those with a household income below 80 percent of the average monthly income in the region. In order to qualify, the household sizes and maximum incomes are as follows:

  • two-person household, maxium income of $99,950
  • three-person household, maximum income of $112,500
  • four-person household, maximum income of $124,950
  • five-person household, maximum income of $134,950

The Pinebrook Condominium buildings are zoned to the Mamaroneck Union Free School District.
