Applications Are Being Accepted For Affordable Hommocks Park Apartments In Westchester

TOWN OF MAMARONECK, NY — Yet another new chance for renters to combat the ongoing affordable housing crisis is here for a lucky few.

The Town of Mamaroneck announced the availability of affordable rentals at the Hommocks Park Apartments, located at the intersection of Boston Post Road and Hommocks Road. The units are located close to shopping and public transportation. Each apartment has a one-car garage.

Affordable units will be available to those earning less than 80 percent of the area average monthly household income.

The maximum household incomes by household size are:

• one-person: $95,200
• two-person: $108,800
• three-person: $122,400
• four-person: $136,000

Monthly rental prices for the affordable units available, based on Area Median Income (AMI) are:

• one-bedroom: $2,085
• one-bedroom with loft: $2,395
• two-bedroom: $2,705
• two-bedroom with loft: $3,015

Tenants will be responsible for electric and gas.
