Boston Post Road Former People's United Bank Building Sold For $3.2M

MAMARONECK, NY — An eye-catching commercial property just changed hands and it comes with three important features — location, location and location.

Lee & Associates NYC announced on Wednesday that it has represented the seller in the sale of 1444 E. Boston Post Road, in Mamaroneck, for $3.2 million.

The property consists of around 2,800 square feet on half an acre and was previously leased to People’s United Bank.

"There are very few corners on Route 1 (Boston Post Road) in Westchester County that feature a drive-through lane and curb cuts, and even fewer of those that can be delivered vacant," Ben Tapper, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC, said.
