& Molly Weiner of Girl Scout Troop 2524, based in the
Larchmont/Mamaroneck
Community, Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson painted a mural
entitled Fictional
Friends as their Girl Scout
service project for which they hope to earn the second highest
award in Girl
Scouting, the Silver Award.
Fictional
Friends is a
collection of various children’s book characters and fairy tale
characters
interspersed in a panorama of Mamaroneck’s Harbor and landmarks.
Please join them
for the unveiling
which will include a mini-mural workshop for kids of all ages
and refreshments.
And of course, they are serving Girl Scout cookies and milk.
