Houlihan Lawrence Takes Over Sales, Marketing Of Condominium

LARCHMONT, NY — Houlihan Lawrence has been named the exclusive sales and marketing company for a condominium in the Town of Larchmont.

Formerly listed with Douglas Elliman, sales for The Cambium will be led by agent Mary Gail Barry, according to a spokeswoman for Houlihan Lawrence.

The Cambium, located at 10 Byron Place, is a multi-family, eight-story new development.

There are 137 residences, including one- to two-bedroom homes.

Amenities include a fitness center, concierge, 24-hour doorman, indoor parking, children’s playroom, private courtyard, community lounge, dining room and catering kitchen.

Houlihan Lawrence officials said there 87 residences on the market, ranging in price from $450,000 to $1.6 million.
