Leah Huang will be recognized at the annual luncheon this Friday, May 10.

Leah Huang, a Mamaroneck High School student, has been invited to the YWCA's fifth annual "In The Company of Women" luncheon on Friday when she will be honored for her accomplishments along with three other young women.
The 14-year-old girl was nominated and selected for her leadership and peer recognition, as well as her volunteer and community service.
According to her nomination letter, she "always demonstrates a hardworking attitude" and leads by example in every area of responsibility as an athlete – in fitness, safety, attitude, respect and skill. She was an honor roll student at the middle school where she had also been recognized for outstanding achievements in English and band.
