BETHPAGE, NY — A disabled vehicle briefly blocked a lane on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway Tuesday morning, 511ny.org reported.

The incident, which took place at approximately 10:50 a.m., was northbound at Exit 7 (Hempstead Turnpike). The left lane was closed to traffic.
