Man Killed In Early-Morning Crash On Nassau Highway
Police say the crash occurred before 5 a.m. on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway.
BETHPAGE, NY — A man was killed in a crash on the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway Thursday morning.
According to police, officers responded to a one-car crash on the parkway at 4:48 a.m. between exits 9 and 10, in Bethpage. Police say a white 2020 Subaru had left the road and hit a tree.
The driver, a 61-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene by a paramedic. There was no one else in the car. Police have not yet identified the driver.
