Motorcyclist Seriously Injured In Levittown Crash
Police say the motorcyclist collided with the back of a Jeep. He is currently in critical condition.
LEVITTOWN, NY — A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in Levittown Wednesday evening.
According to police, a 20-year-old man was driving a 2020 Honda motorcycle south on Wantagh Avenue at 6:05 p.m. when he collided with the back of a 2008 Jeep Cherokee. The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is listed in critical condition.
The driver of the Jeep, a 55-year-old man, remained at the scene. Police performed a brake and safety inspection of his car.
