• HEAP's Heating Equipment Repair Program to Again Take Applications (wjffradio.org) — Starting December 11, Liberty and Sullivan County homeowners can apply for HEAP’s Heating Equipment Repair & Replacement benefit to fix unsafe or broken primary heating systems. Eligible residents age 60 and older who own and live in their homes can apply online or get help from the County HEAP Office, Office for the Aging, and local partner agencies.
