Lindy Cares, a grassroots coalition established to prevent drug and alcohol misuse by youth, asked brewery owners and stakeholders in the Lindy Community to consider patrons who prefer a non-alcoholic option when socializing. In this business model, business owners seek to embed their values and beliefs in caring for their community directly into their work. Offering new options is a way to take action and ensure their establishment is welcoming to everyone who visits.
Lindy Cares strives to collaborate with all members of the community in achieving the goal of helping youth create an environment in which they can thrive, so members of the youth and adult board plan to meet with the owners of 27A to taste the newest drink added to the "Mocktail" menu!
