American Gentleman Barber Shop Officially Opens

Lindenhurst's newest barber shop has officially opened its doors to the public, bringing a new style to getting a hair cut.

American Gentleman Barber Shop officially cut the ribbon in a grand opening ceremony with elected officials in attendance.

Owner Mike Mannarino opened the new barber shop at its 234B East Montauk Highway, taking over a space that formerly operated as a wedding boutique and florist.

Joining Mannarino and his barbers for the grand openingLindenhurst Village Mayor Thomas Brennan and Suffolk County Legislator Wayne Horsley, as well as members of the Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce.

The shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The shop is also open on Saturday at the same time, but closes early at 4:30 p.m. Appointments can be made for Sunday.

American Gentleman is closed on Monday.
