Heavy rainfall and/or runoff coinciding with Tuesday evening's and Wednesday morning’s high tides will exacerbate street and property flooding along the coast and tidally affected rivers.

Locally major coastal flooding (3 ft above ground) is possible due to tidal piling and wind shift from southeast to southwest, the National Weather Service said.
