The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
- Christopher Gottschalk from Queens was arrested in North Lindenhurst for Driving While Intoxicated: First Offense on November 23.
- Rafael Alvarez from Bay Shore was arrested in Lindenhurst for Driving While Intoxicated: First Offense on November 25.
- Charles Herig from Lindenhurst was arrested in Lindenhurst for Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol on November 27.
- Franklin Stack from Lindenhurst was arrested in Lindenhurst for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs in the First Degree on November 30.
- Lenore Christie from Lindenhurst was arrested in Lindenhurst for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with Child: First Offense on November 30.
- Ievgen Kobtun from unknown was arrested in Lindenhurst for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree on November 30.
