At The Library: Golden Years of TV, Defensive Driving
All the big events going on at our local library this week.

Our local libraries are a source of both knowledge and entertainment, with informational and education events being hosted throughout the week.
The Lindenhurst Memorial Library often hosts these events for little or no charge, so check out the top events going on this week.
- Kids can come down to play Scrabble (with the help of their favorite adult) against their peers starting at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Get them addicted to the fun word game!
- A videoconference will be held on The Golden Years of Television on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. Come join legends like Milton Berle and Lucille Ball in a video lookback.
- The library will show the film Amour (rated PG-13) on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
- The Empire Safety Council will hold Defensive Driving Classes on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. You can save 10 percent on insurance – $35 cash will be necessary upon registration.
