At The Library: Live Angry Birds, Free Movie

Our local libraries are a source of both knowledge and entertainment, with informational and education events being hosted throughout the week.

The Lindenhurst Memorial Library often hosts these events for little or no charge, so check out the top events going on this week.

• Make your very own Angry Birds out of yarn on Tuesday starting at 6:30 p.m. Stick around for a live game using your newly knit friends!
• The Lindy Scrabble Club will meet for teens and kids this Wednesday at 4 p.m. Play the real words with friends and learn some spelling techniques!
• Get your Wills and Estates in order with an informational workshop featuring a lawyer from the Suffolk County Bar Association on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
• Catch a free movie, "Where the Heart Is" about a pregnant 17 year old, starring Natalie Portman, this Thursday at 1:30 p.m.
