Biz Beat: Applebee's Holding Football Photo Contest This October
Applebee's is asking its customers of its locations - including the one in Lindenhurst - to take pictures at the restaurant this month to win prizes - including the grand prize of a tour of ESPN Studios.
Lindenhurst residents have a shot this October at winning a tour of the ESPN Studios, thanks to their neighborhood Applebee's.
Applebee's Football Photo Hunt is a contest where residents and customers can take pictures at the national chain restaurant's locations - including the one in North Lindenhurst.
According to the Applebee's Facebook page, to play Football Photo Hunt customers need to take pictures at the local Applebee's and upload them to the contest's Facebook page here.

For the first two weeks Applebee's asked for pictures of its customers with their friends watching the game at their local restaurant (week one, round one) and pictures of its customers' favorite Applebee's Game Day appetizers (week two, round two).
Then after customers uploaded their pictures to the contest's Facebook page, to win, they then had to share their photos and get their friends to vote for them.

One vote equaled one vote and there's a , and the weekly winners were chosen by the most numbers of votes and awarded prizes.
This week, October 15 to 21, or week three/round three, customers are asked to take pictures of themselves in front of their neighborhood Applebee's sign and upload and share them in the same fashion for weeks/rounds one and two.
According to the contest's Facebook page, once a photo is submitted it might take several hours to be reveiewed and approved, and contest organizers will e-mail when the photo(s) are live.
The photo with the most votes in week/round three will win a $100 Applebee's gift card.
According to the contest's Facebook page, votes for photos in weeks/rounds one and two would still count toward the grand prize, which is the aforementioned all-expense paid trip to and tour of the ESPN Studios, plus a $200 Applebee's gift card.
After this week, there's one more round that'll begin October 22 - with the photo type revealed at that time. Then the grand prize round is set for October 29 to November 4.
According to the contest's Facebook page, the player with the most total round points for each round gets into the grand prize round, and there'll be a limit of one vote per photo per day.
