Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce Meeting
The next Lindenhurst Chamber of Commerce meeting will be on October 10 at Goccia D'Oro.

"There'll be networking between 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., and the meeting starts at 7 p.m.," Chamber President JoAnn Boettcher said.

A Suffolk COPE officer will also give a police report.

Free Prostate Cancer Screening
Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R, Merrick), in conjunction with the Integrated Medical Foundation, is sponsoring a free prostate cancer screening program in Lindenhurst today.

The free screenings will beconducted by Dr. Marc Schumer, MD, at the Lindenhurst Community Center.

Appointments are recommended but walk-ins will be accepted. Screening appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Men who'd like to schedule an appointment for a free prostate cancer screening should call Senator Fuschillo’s office at 516-882-0630.
