Lindenhurst Schools Receive Donation from Local Security Firm
Security Professionals, Incorporated Co-Founder Tony Pancella donates $1,000 to 'Student-Athletes against Drinking and Drugs.'
The Lindenhurst School District recently received a donation from West Babylon-based Security Professionals, Incorporated.
Tony Pancella, a life-long North Lindenhurst resident and co-founder of the security firm that provides services to the District, presented the donation at the most recent Lindenhurst Board of Education Community Forum.
The donation of $1,000 was earmarked to go to "Student-Athletes against Drinking and Drugs," according to Pancella.

"We'd like to get that group started with this donation," he said.
Pancella presented the check to BOE President Donna Hochman as well as some of the students from the new group.

He also presented a check for $1,000 to help those students impacted by Hurricane Sandy. That donation, he said, was earmarked to help replace calculators students lost during the superstorm in October.
