Lindenhurst's St. Patrick's Day Parade Returns

Lindenhurst's annual St. Patrick's Day parade returns later this month.

LINDENHURST, NY — Lindenhurst's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade is slated to return on on Saturday, March 29, at 5 p.m.

This year's grand marshals are Joseph and Marguerite Danaher, long-time Lindenhurst residents and business owners who have been "fierce supporters of the parade since its inception," parade officials said in a statement.

While Joe marches every year as a proud member of the Amityville American Legion Pipe Band, Meg’s Wealth Wave Financial Group’s, fka Danaher Wealth Management, sponsors the parade annually.

According to the statement, "Joe and Meg embody faith, service, and commitment to their family, the Lindenhurst community, and their Irish heritage, making them the perfect choice as 2025 Parade Grand Marshals."

The parade route starts at Fireman's Memorial Park, travels west on Hartford Street, turns south down North Wellwood Avenue, goes past the Grand Stand and ends at Lindenhurst Middle School.
