Lindy Gains Another Mega Millions Winner

The number of overall jackpot winners from Lindenhurst has grown once again.

Edward Haab of Lindenhurst won $10,000 on the New York Lottery's on the December 12 Mega Millions drawing.

Bone's winning ticket was purchased at Jay Cards and Gifts at 880 Merrick Road in Copiague, Lottery officials said in a release about the Lindy resident's win.

In addition to Haab, other lucky Lindy jackpot winners in the past year include David Bone, Barbara Sagesser, Nikolaie Haidu, Melissa Mainiero, John Tighe, Joseph Silverstein, Patricia Magliaro, Israel Esquenazi, Antonia Savona, Robert Libby, Maria Biscarr, Sylvia Anderson, Peter Roth, David Salegna, Bruce Magistro and David D'Amore.

All of these residents have hit it big in the New York Lottery by purchasing various drawing and scratch-off tickets from local businesses.
