Art Auction on Saturday
Saint Boniface Episcopal Church is having an art auction.

It starts at 6 p.m., and features art in all media and price range.

Door prize and refreshments are available.

Advance tickets are available now for $10, or it'll be $15 at the door.

Major credit cards will be accepted for art purchases.

Health Fair on Sunday
Zwanger-Pesiri is holding a Health Fair at its headquarters building in North Lindenhurst.

The free event is set for Sunday, September 30, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and residents from Lindenhurst and elsewhere on the Island are welcome.

It'll take place in the parking lot of Zwanger-Pesiri's Lindy office at 150 East Sunrise Highway, and it'll offer activities for all ages, according to the Zwanger-Pesiri blog.

The event's rain date is Sunday, October 7.
