Loyal Order of the Moose Celebrates 60th Anniversary
The Lindenhurst LOOM celebrates with a dance on Saturday, and is honored by Babylon Town officials for its 'hard work and dedication.'

The Lindenhurst Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1421 celebrated 60 years of service this past weekend.
And to celebrate the LOOM held a 60th Anniversary Dinner and Dance at 7 p.m. on Saturday, October 13.
Helping them celebrate were Town Supervisor Rich Schaffer and Deputy Supervisor and Councilman Tony Martinez.

They were joined by New York State Assemblyman and Candidate for State Senate Phil Boyle.
Schaffer and Martinez were there to present the Loyal Order a Certificate of Appreciation from the Town of Babylon for all of the Lindenhurst post's "hard work and dedication to the community," according to Town officials.

Officials also joined 60-year members Lawrence Fontana, Babette Smith and Catherine Parkhill, as well as LOOM #1421 Governor Kevin Sabella.
