New Buffalo-Wing Inspired Restaurant Opens In Copiague

COPIAGUE, NY — A new wing restaurant has officially come to Copiague.

Wing It On! a Buffalo-inspired wing franchise, located at 854 West Montauk Highway, opened Monday.

The store will offer "always fresh, never-frozen, all-natural" wings and sandwiches. Customers can either dine-in or order online through the Wint It On! app.

The Copiague location will be the chain's tenth site in the nation. (Wing It On!)

The new restaurant will be owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Sid Kapur and Manny Parhar, a news release said.

“When Manny and I were exploring business opportunities, we found Wing It On! gave the opportunity for local entrepreneurs to grow in the brand,” said Kapur. “ Wing It On! has a diverse, delicious and fresh menu, and we’re thrilled to open alongside a reputable, innovative company and look forward to serving the Copiague area.”

According to its website, Wing It On! has operated since 2011, and focuses on giving fans "a truly exceptional wing experience" that starts with "boneless tenders cooked to perfection" and "tossed in award-winning" sauces and dry rubs.

“We’ve had an impressive start to the year, especially with this new store opening to make our entrance into New York. We consistently strive to seek out dynamic franchise partners with a desire to share our innovative business model within their own communities, as well as in newer markets,” said Matt Ensero, founder and CEO of Wing It On!. “I’m confident that Copiague is in for a treat with Manny and Sid at the helm.”
