New Businesses Open in Lindenhurst

Lindenhurst is now home to three more businesses. They include a fitness establishment, a nail salon and a hair salon.

Each just recently held their grand openings in the community.

Fitness Gym
Body Shop Fitness, located at 132 North Wellwood Avenue in the Village, was recently welcomed by members of the Lindenhurst and New York State, Suffolk County and Town officials.

New York State Assemblyman , Deputy Presiding Officer of the Suffolk County Legislature and Town of Babylon Councilman joined Lindy Chamber President and other Chamber members at the July 11 ribbon cutting.

They wished Steve Curran and Matt Swift success in the opening of Body Shop Fitness.

Hair Salon
Prime Cut Hair and Colour Design also recently celebrated its grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at 473 Park Avenue in Lindenhurst.

Babylon Town Receiver of Taxes Corinne DiSomma, Councilman Donnelly joined Babylon Town Chamber of Commerce President , of HDK Enterprises, and BTCoC Members Michele Michael, with MGM Islandwide Realty, Incorporated, and president of the Long Island Business Force, and Jacie Capuano, of Jacie's Kids, in welcoming the new salon.

They wished success to Prime Cut's partners Marlene Cohen, Anna Antonacci and Mario Commisso, and Prime Cut employees Gail Catania, Christina Regano, Desiree Perez, Joanne Scanapico, Annie Martinez, Karissa Smith and Rachel Robles.

Nail Salon
Donnelly and DiSomma, along with Wenzel, Capuano and Michael, also welcomed Mr. Fei Zheng’s new salon, No. 1 Nails and Relaxation Spa to Lindenhurst.

Zheng’s family and employees were on hand at the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the new nail salon's the grand opening at 467 Park Avenue.
